Off with the old roof and on with the new - how exciting! Not only will your new roof protect your home & family for years to come, it will also increase the value and curb appeal of your property.

Re-roofing is usually a pretty quick process but much depends on the size and type of roof, accessibility and products chosen, etc.

And, although we will do the 'heavy lifting', there are some things that you should know and do to help the roofing process go smoothly:

  • move vehicles to allow trailer/bin access: we'll have to remove the old roofing material & bring in the new so please leave access

  • cut the lawn just before we get there (this will help with us clean up any stray nails and materials that miss the tarps)

  • if the garage ceiling is unfinished remove vehicles to avoid damage from dirt & debris on the underside of the deck

  • remember that roofing can be noisy! We will do our best to be as quick & efficient as possible, but there will be noise and vibration (day sleepers may want to be somewhere else for a day or two!) Likewise, fragile items in attics, or on interior walls should be covered / secured to prevent them from vibrating out of place

  • Please call us if you have questions about the roofing process - we're happy to help!
